How to Claim Free Dark Voyager Sidekick in Fortnite
You can claim the Dark Voyager Sidekick in Fortnite for free if you participated in the Fortnite Shattered live event. The live event took place on June 5, 2026, at 7 PM ET, with the doors opening at 6:20 PM ET. This live event marked the end of Chapter 7 Season 2, with the servers going into downtime immediately after.
Epic originally planned on giving the free Fortnite Sidekick away to players who attended the event with 1 or more friends. However, since many players ran into matchmaking issues, the developers will now be giving the Sidekick away to all players, even those who attended the event solo.
Fortnite servers have gone into downtime immediately after the Shattered live event. This means that players will receive the Dark Voyager Sidekick when they load into Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 for the first time.
