You can purchase the Carrot Rod for 75,000 E$ from the Carrot Garden in Fisch Sea 2. To reach there, you must first go to Sea 2 in Fisch and visit Lushgrove Island. Once you are in Lushgrove, you must complete the Carrot Bany quest to unlock the area where you can purchase the rod. Here is a step-by-step guide for you:

• As mentioned above, the first step is to reach the Lushgrove area. Here, you can either follow these coordinates: XYZ = 1304.9, 131.2, -945, or walk behind the Sea 2 altar to locate the Carrot Bany.

• Now, interact with the NPC and look for the password. To find it, use your Fisch GPS and go to these coordinates: XYZ = 1510, 164, -663. Here, you will find a carrot poster; simply claim it.

• Once you have claimed the poster, go back to the Carrot Bany NPC and interact. Now, you will see a third option in the password list. Select it and the door will open.
• Enter the shack, and you will find yourself in the Carrot Garden. On the right side, you will see the Carrot Rod that costs 75,000 E$.
