- A Studolodon will spawn near any random island at the First Sea in Fisch.
- Players can speed up the spawn rate of Studolodon by spamming Tempest and Smokescreen totems alternatively.
- Lastly, a Studolodon can only be caught using the Brick Built Rod, so better enchant it with a Resilience enchantment.
Studolodon is the brand new look-alike of the ferocious Megalodon in Fisch and has been introduced in its latest update, showcasing its collaboration with Lego. Although it may not have the looks and fangs of our OG Meg, it can be a pretty nice addition to your collection. Moreover, catching this thing with a special rod won’t be an easy task. So, if you’re one of those collectors, hop on, as we show you how to catch the Studolodon in Fisch.
Studolodon Location in Fisch
The first step towards catching the Studolodon in Fisch is to head over to Moosewood and begin Brickford’s Lego quest. The NPC will grant you the Brick Built Rod alongside the Stud Bait that must be used to catch this massive fish.
This is because the Studologon is part of Brickford’s Lego pool bestiary and can only be caught using the items above. This fish can spawn near any random island across the First Sea. Thankfully, the fish favors rainy weather, so you can speed up the process by spamming Tempest and Smokescreen totems in your server.
Popping up a couple of totems should spawn a Studolodon, and a text message will appear stating “A Studolodon has been spotted somewhere around (Island Name).”

So, keep your fastest boat ready before using the totems, and once the beast spawns, head straight to that island and explore the shores, with your fish radar activated. Soon, you’ll find a red-shaded area with text saying “LEGO- Studolodon Pool. Now, you can fish in this region to have a chance at catching it.
How to Catch the Studolodon in Fisch
Studolodon, being a fish of limited rarity, won’t be an easy catch. This is mainly because you can only use the Brick Built Rod to catch it. Furthermore, the fish has no conditions itself except that it prefers the Stud Bait you will already have. However, you will be hit with an -85% progress speed penalty on your rod, making it far more challenging to catch.
Hence, I’ll recommend you first enchant the Brick Built rod with Resilience or Mystical to gain additional stat boost and make it easier to counter the frantic movements of the Studolodon.

Apart from these tips, all you can do is wait patiently and fish in this pool to have a chance at hooking up the fish. Alternatively, you can increase these chances by switching to a private server, using Aurora Totems, getting Merlin’s Luck, or buying some using Robux. Once you catch the fish, focus on the rest of the Lego bestiary to get the Arctic Explorer boat!
And that’s how you catch the Studolodon in Fisch with ease. So, have you caught it yet? Let us know in the comments below!
