In a surprising turn of events, Opera GX has released a patch for its gaming-centric browser that bypasses Twitter Rate Limit and fixes quote tweets as well. The best part is that it works on both desktop and smartphone versions of Opera GX without changing the Twitter layout.
1. Install Opera GX on your desktop computer (Free), Android (Free), or iOS (Free) smartphone.
