Honkai Star Rail (HSR) Current and Next Banners
The current Honkai Star Rail 3.8 version has introduced one new 5-star character — The Dahlia. Other than them, there are five 5-star rerun characters in 3.8 — Firefly, Lingsha, Fugue, Aglaea, and Sunday.
For 4-star characters, Gallagher, Luka, and Preservation March 7th are featured in the first phase, Sampo, Natasha, and Arlan are featured in the second phase, and Tingyun, Yukong, Dan Heng are featured in the third phase.
