First of all, yes, the Hell’s Paradise manga reached its end with chapter 127 in January 2021. Yuji Kaku’s manga began serialization in January 2018 and ran for around three years. As a result, Hell’s Paradise manga spanned a total of 13 volumes and 127 chapters in the end. MAPPA Studios’ adaptation of Hell’s Paradise only began after the series concluded its run in the Shonen Jump.
Since the conclusion, author Yuji Kaku has released a light novel, ‘Jigokuraku: Utakata no Yume,’ and a one-shot spinoff manga, ‘Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku Side Story – Forest of Misfortune.’ There have been no other installments in the Hell’s Paradise franchise in recent times, suggesting that the story is finally finished.

Is Hell’s Paradise Anime Completed?
No! The Hell’s Paradise anime is still airing at the time of writing. After its fantastic debut in 2023, it took three years for MAPPA Studios to return with a second season. Hell’s Paradise Season 2 is on air right now and adapting the final pages of the Lord Tensen arc. The second season of Hell’s Paradise is expected to cover only half of the Hōrai Arc.
Then, Hell’s Paradise Season 3 will be the final season of the series, covering the remaining chapters of Hōrai and The Departure arc. As you can see here, Hell’s Paradise is a relatively short manga, and MAPPA Studios will soon wrap it up with the third season in the future.
