Note: The stats pertaining to the weapons may change in the future.

Along with hundreds of Primogems, Genshin Impact version 4.1 will bring three new and exclusive weapons all Catalysts, two five-stars, and one event-exclusive four-star weapon. They are namely Cashflow Supervision (Wriothesley’s signature weapon), Tome of the Eternal Flow (Neuvilette’s signature weapon), and Ballad of the Boundless Blue (Genshin Impact 4.1 event-exclusive weapon).

Besides, version 4.1 will also bring four new four-star weapons with the Fontaine theme namely The Dockhand’s Assistant (Sword), Portable Power Saw (Claymore), Prospector’s Drill (Polearm), and Range Gauge (Bow). We have detailed all Genshin Impact 4.1 weapons below.

1. Cashflow Supervision

Cashflow Supervision - Genshin Impact 4.1 Weapon

Wriothesley’s signature weapon, Cashflow Supervision, is a five-star Catalyst with a Base Attack of 674 and a Crit Rate sub-stat of 22.1% at level 90. As for its passive “Golden Blood-Tide,” it increases Attack by 16%. When current HP increases or decreases, Normal Attack Damage will be increased by 16%, and Charged Attack Damage will be increased by 14% for 4s. Max 3 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s. When the wielder has 3 stacks, ATK Speed will be increased by 8%.

2. Tome of Eternal Flow

Tome of Eternal Flow

Neuvilette’s signature weapon, Tome of Eternal Flow, is a five-star Catalyst with a Base Attack of 542 and a Crit Damage sub-stat of 88.2% at level 90. As for its passive “Aeon Wave,” it increases the HP by 16%. When the HP increases or decreases, the Charged Attack Damage will increase by 14% for 4s (Max 3 stacks) and can be triggered every 0.3 seconds. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack’s duration, 8 energy will be restored. This energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12 seconds.

3. Staff of Homa

Staff of Homa, AKA, Staff of Homeless is Hu Tao’s signature weapon and single-handedly makes the Genshin Impact 4.1 weapon banner one of the most exciting weapon banners in a while. The Staff of Homa is easily THE best polearm in the game as of writing this and can universally be used on characters other than Hu Tao. It brings the most out of Hu Tao and other characters and since it’s now paired with Tome of Eternal Flow, one of the best Catalysts in the game, it’s a win-win for players.

Staff of Homa

For those unaware, it grants the wielder 66.2% Crit Damage and its passive Reckless Cinnabar increases HP by 20% and provides an Attack bonus based on 0.8% of the wielder’s max HP. Also, when the wielder’s HP is less than 50%, this Attack bonus is increased by an additional 1% of Max HP.

4. Elegy for the End

Elegy for the End

Elegy for the End is a great weapon for Venti and a few other characters in the game. It pairs especially well with Fishcl, Kujou Sara, Gorou, and Faruzan, and alongside its high base attack gives them increased Elemental Mastery. It’s sub-stat scales off of Energy Recharge and its passive gives characters Sigils when they deal damage. After consuming a maximum of 4 sigils, Elemental Mastery will increase by 100 and the attack is increased by 20% for 12 seconds. Once the effect is triggered, you cannot gain Sigils for 20 seconds. The same buffs from the Millennial Movement series do not stack.

5. Ballad of the Boundless Blue

Ballads of the Boundless Blue - Genshin Impact 4.1 Weapon

Ballad of the Boundless Blue is a four-star event-exclusive weapon that can be obtained for free from the event “Waterborne Poetry.” It has a base attack of 565 and a sub-stat of Energy Recharge of 30.6% at level 90. As for its passive “Azure Skies,” Within 6s after Normal or Charged Attacks hit an opponent, Normal Attack Damage will be increased by 8%, and Charged Attack Damage will be increased by 6% ( Max 3 stacks) and can occur once every 0.3 seconds.

6. The Dockhand’s Assistant

A four-star Fontaine-themed weapon with a base attack of 510 and 41.3% HP sub-stat at level 90. Its passive “Sea Shanty” gives wielders a Stoic Symbol when they heal or get healed. A character can gain three symbols, each lasts for 30 seconds. When using their Elemental Skill or Burst, all Symbols will be consumed and a “Roused effect” will be granted for 10 seconds.

Dockhand's Assistant - Genshin Impact 4.1 Weapon

For each Symbol consumed, the character gains 40 Elemental Mastery, and 2 seconds after the effect occurs, 2 Energy per Symbol consumed will be restored for said character. The Roused effect can be triggered once every 15 seconds, and Symbols can be gained even when the character is not on the field. The Dockhand’s Assistant will be available in the Phase-1 weapon banner alongside the Portable Power Saw, Favonius Lance, Favonius Codex, and Mitternachts Waltz

7. Portable Power Saw

Portable Power Saw

This new Fontaine-themed claymore has a base Attack of 454 and 55.1% max HP sub-stat at level 90. As for the passive, it’s the same as The Dockhand’s Assistant.

8. Prospector’s Drill

The Prospector’s Drill has a base Attack of 565 and a 27.6% Attack sub-stat. Its passive “Masons’ Ditty” grants wielders a Unity’s Symbol when they heal or get healed which lasts up to 30 seconds. Players can stack a maximum of three symbols.

Prospector's Drill

When using their Elemental Skill or Burst, all symbols will be consumed and a “Struggle effect” will be granted for 10s. For each symbol consumed, the character gains a 3% attack and a 7% Elemental Damage Bonus. The Struggle effect can be triggered once every 15 seconds, and Symbols can be gained even when the character is not on the field.

9. Range Gauge

Range Gauge - genshin impact 4.1 weapon

The Range Gauge has a base Attack of 565 and a 27.6% Attack sub-stat. It uses the same passive as the Prospector’s Drill, i.e., “Masons’ Ditty,” which increases the Attack and Elemental Damage Bonus. This weapon will appear in the weapon banner in the second phase of 4.1 alongside Cashflow Supervision, Elegy for the End, Prospector’s Drill, and two other four-star weapons that are yet to be announced.

10. Favonius Lance

Favonius Lance is a decent weapon for those characters who demand Energy Recharge like Raiden Shogun. With its base Attack of 565 and ER sub-stat of 30.6% at level 90, it won’t blow away weapons like the Engulfing Lightning, but if you don’t have any other option and need ER on a character, it could be a decent option.

Favonius Lance

As for its passive “Windfall,” it’s nothing too crazy. Crit Hits have a 60% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. This can only occur once every 12 seconds.

11. Favonius Codex

Favonius Codex - Genshin Impact 4.1 Weapon

Yet another decent Catalyst for Mona, Sucrose, Heizou, and Yanfei. It has a base attack of 510 and 45.9% of ER as a sub-stat at level 90. As for the passive, it’s the same as Favonius Lance.

12. Mitternachts Waltz

Mitternachts Waltz - Genshin Impact 4.1 Weapons

You may have guessed from its appearance that it’s Fischl’s signature weapon. It’s a good option for both Fischl and Amber as its Passive and sub-stat favor both characters. Mitternachts Waltz has a base attack of 510 and its sub-stat is 51.7% Physical Damage Bonus at level 90. As for its Passive “Evernight Duet,” it increases the Elemental Skill Damage by 20% for 5 seconds if a Normal Attack hits the opponents. Similarly, Elemental Skill hits on opponents increase Normal Attack DMG by 20% for 5 seconds.
