Where to Find FNAF Animatronics in Fortnite

Fortnite has released the much-awaited Five Nights at Freddy’s crossover in Fortnitemares 2026, and players can now see it live in-game. Apart from the FNAF Fortnite skins, there’s much more around the crossover to discover, and it’s none other than the four beloved animatronics now running wild around the island. If you’re wondering where to find the FNAF Animatronics in Fortnite and wear their suits, we’ve got you covered.

All FNAF Animatronics and Their Locations on Fortnite Map

The Fortnitemares 2026 update has added four animatronic characters from a Five Nights at Freddy’s crossover to the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 island. These animatronics can be found across the map as hostile NPCs, and you can eliminate them to wear their animatronic suits.

Here’s the list of all FNAF animatronics in Fortnite and their locations on the new map:

While Freddy and Foxy are easier to find on the Fortnite map since they have a fixed spawn at the Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria landmark, Chica and Bonnie rotate among randomized spawn locations. So it’s quite hard to keep track of the latter two animatronics. However, if you’re looking for Freddy and his pal Foxy, we’ve got their location tracked down for you in Fortnite below.

Fortnite Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Location

The Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria landmark is located northeast of the Nightmare Neighborhood POI on the Fortnite Override map. You’ll find the Freddy Fazbear and Foxy the Pirate animatronics located right inside the pizzeria building.

Once you land outside the Freddy’s Fazbear Pizzeria in Fortnite, enter through the main door and walk inside. As you enter, you’ll see Freddy and Foxy performing on stage. However, as you walk closer to them, their eyes will turn red, and both animatronics will run towards you with pickaxes in their hand.

All you need to do at this point is equip a Fortnite loot pool weapon like an 8-Bit Shotgun or the Ranger Pistol in Fortnite and stay on the move to get a clear shot at each of them. Keep firing rounds at them to stun them both, since they have 300 HP each. Once their health bars deplete, both the animatronics will stop moving and keep glitching on the spot where you “eliminated” them.

As you walk closer, you’ll see a Possess interaction in front of each FNAF animatronic in Fortnite.

How to Wear FNAF Animatronic Suits in Fortnite

Once you’ve managed to stop an FNAF animatronic in Fortnite and they become immobile, walk closer to them and interact with them to perform a “Possess” action.

You’ll need to hold your interact key for three seconds for you to be able to wear the FNAF animatronic’s suit during a Fortnite match. As soon as that happens, you’ll have successfully worn that particular animatronic’s suit over your Fortnite skin.

However, it isn’t just a mere suit, as it comes with its own benefits. You see, the Five Nights at Freddy’s animatronic suit offers you a one-time immunity against being eliminated. When you’re wearing the suit and suppose an enemy manages to deplete your health bar to zero, instead of getting downed or DBNO, you’ll instantly jump out of the suit with your existing shield bar and 30 HP, but no overshield.

This works as a failsafe from being eliminated, similar to the 1-Up Extra Life token in Fortnite, but more closely to a Bush item. Once the suit breaks, you’ll need to find another FNAF animatronic in Fortnite to wear their suit and use it in your Battle Royale match.
