The Fortnite Brainrot collab brings Tung Tung Tung Sahur and Ballerina Cappuccina as skins to the game. After several leaks and speculation, both skins were finally released in the Item Shop on April 3, 2026, at 8 PM ET, and you can now purchase them.

Here’s how you can get Tung Tung Tung Sahur and Ballerina Cappuccina skins in Fortnite:

• Load up Fortnite on your preferred device and head to the in-game Item Shop by clicking on the Shop tab in the main menu.
• Once you’re in the shop, navigate to the Brainrot section, which you’ll probably spot at the top, or hover over the left window and select Brainrot from the list.
• As soon as you see the two skins, click on the Brainrot bundle (priced at 2,400 V-Bucks), which features all cosmetics and items, and hit the Purchase button.
• If you’re not interested in the full set, you can also purchase individual cosmetic items.
• However, make sure you’ve stocked up on enough V-Bucks before you make a purchase in the shop.
• After you’ve purchased the Brainrot skins in Fortnite, navigate to your locker and equip the bought items.
