After more than a couple of months full of Japanese goodness, the next seasonal update for Fortnite is here. Given it is just a seasonal update, we did not expect major changes on the Fortnite map. So, if you are curious about the Fortnite map changes, keep reading as we discuss all the new Chapter 6 Season 2 POI locations and landmarks names here.

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 Lawless dramatically reshapes the existing map. While Season 1 focused on Japanese urban and rural settings, the western and central regions have undergone significant transformations (with a lot of crime infestation). Here are all the four new major locations added in the Fortnite Lawless update:

  • Crime City
  • Outlaw Oasis
  • Shiny Shafts
  • Lonewolf Lair

Of course, most of the named locations and landmarks are still there from the Chapter 6 Season 1 map. And that is due to the update being a seasonal one. However, that should not take away the massive content added in these specific regions.

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 POI Locations and Landmarks

Among the new changes, you will notice one common theme of crime and mayhem with the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 map. Crime City’s seedy underbelly is a hotbed of mayhem, a haven for the corrupt and crooked. For a full criminal vibe, you can visit the Hostile Hotel, Wise Guys Bookstore, and the Launder Mat.

After all the chaos, the criminals will need a place to relax, right? That’s when they visit the Outlaw Oasis. This place is ideal for burglars to crash in. Relax in the spa or roam around the resort until the hot spring becomes a hot-drop location!

Steal Bars from one of Fletcher Kane’s banks, or cut to the chase and raid his highly contested mining operation, Shiny Shafts, above and below ground. Fletcher’s Lonewolf Lair mansion hideout is heavily guarded; anyone daring to challenge his expanding empire should prepare for a fight.

But if you want the real deal in the crime-infested Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 map, then Fletcher’s Lonewolf Lair mansion is a place to go. This place is heavily guarded; anyone daring to challenge his expanding empire should prepare for a fight.

What’s More in the Fortnite Lawless Map?

In the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 map, we also see some new mission updates, along with the POI changes. This season’s GTA-inspired action brings high-stakes heists to the game island. Armored transport convoys carrying valuable loot traverse the map, offering you the chance to intercept and hijack them.

Successfully commandeering a truck delivers both transport and a tactical advantage against other players. Even the train has received an armored upgrade. Despite being a loot heaven, you cannot just enter it and expect no challenge to gather it. If you really want to complete these ambitious heists, make sure you have an idea about the new Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 weapons.
