Flipkart’s in house brand MarQ has today launched a brand new range of refrigerators which the company is claiming will offer customers best-in-class features at affordable prices. The company has launched a total of 5 refrigerators with different capacities, and all of them are in the 3-star and 5-star rating category as far as energy efficiency is concerned.
The MarQ refrigerators use eco-friendly R600a refrigerant which has zero Ozone Depletion Potential. Along with that, the energy efficiency rating of these refrigerators makes them even more environmentally friendly be reducing energy consumption.
The 180L and 195L refrigerators are rated 3-stars and are equipped with a “TurboChill” feature which can make ice in under 2 hours, a “Moisture Lock” to keep fruits and vegetables fresh for longer, and Smart Storage Spaces with vegetable and bottle separators, and UltraQuiet, which reportedly keeps the operating volume of the refrigerators under 40dB. The 180L and 195L refrigerators are priced at Rs. 10,499 and Rs. 10,999 respectively.
On the other hand, the 190L, 215L, and 245L refrigerators are rated 5-stars and are equipped TurboChill, Moisture Lock, Smart Space, an in-fridge deodoriser, and a Cool Boost feature which offers up to 9 hours of cooling in case of a power cut. The 190L, 215L, and 245L refrigerators are priced at Rs. 12,999, Rs. 13,999, and Rs. 14,999 respectively.
