Death Stranding: On the Beach is a sequel to the original Death Stranding game that came out in 2019. Death Stranding 2 is a canonical follow-up to the first game and unravels in an episodic format similar to the first game. Sam and Lou’s story continues to be portrayed cinematically in an episodic format with main orders, aka missions, as you connect Mexico and Australia to the Chiral Network.
