Daredevil Born Again: Release Date, Trailer, Cast & More

Back in 2015, The Man Without Fear AKA Daredevil, was brought to life by Charlie Cox on the silver screen and since then, the actor has become a synonym for the character of Daredevil. After his appearances in Spider-Man: No Way Home and She-Hulk, the fandom had been anticipating that Charlie Cox would make a return as the character soon enough, and now, Daredevil: Born Again is set to release in 2025. When Is Daredevil Born Again Coming Out

Daredevil Born Again is set to make a release on Disney Plus in March 2025. The TV show will consist of a total of 18 episodes released in a weekly pattern. It has also been confirmed at the D23 panel that season 2 of Daredevil Born Again is already in the works and will go into production by mid-2025. As of now, we do not have the exact date of the release of Daredevil Born Again, and as soon as something is revealed we will update here.

Is There a Trailer for Daredevil: Born Again

The first teaser trailer for Daredevil: Born Again has not yet been officially released but was leaked after the screening was done at D23. The trailer showed us the return of Jon Bernthal in the role of The Punisher and Vincent D’Onofrio’s return as The Kingpin. We also got to see that Bullseye is behind bars. The leaked trailer also gave us the first look at the White Tiger making his first live-action appearance.

What Is the Cast of Daredevil Born Again

Daredevil Born Again is coming back with a lot of characters seen previously in Daredevil. Charlie Cox is of course making a return as Daredevil but with a new and much better-looking suit. Jon Bernthal will be seen returning in the role of Punisher. We will also see the return of Vincent D’Onofrio as The Kingpin. Daredevil Born Again will also bring us the first-ever live-action adaptation of the White Tiger played by Kamar de los Reyes.

In other returning characters it has been confirmed that Ayelet Zurer will make a return as Vanessa Fisk, Elden Henson will appear as Foggy Nelson and Deborah Ann Woll will appear as Karen Page. The return of these characters where not expected by the fans since both of them were shown to be dead in Season 3 of Daredevil. However, some set photos of Daredevil Born Again were leaked which showed both of them present on the sets confirming their return. After a long time, we will get to see Wilson Bethel in the role of Daredevil’s arc nemesis Benjamin Poindexter, AKA Bullseye. Other than these actors and their characters, Margarita Levieva has also been cast for Daredevil Born Again in an undisclosed role.

What Is the Plot of Daredevil Born Again

As of now, the official plot of Daredevil Born Again has not been revealed to us. However, if we look at the plot followed by the comic book counterpart of the title, the plot revolves around the aftermath of Daredevil’s identity being revealed to Kingpin by Karen Page. He comes after Matt Murdock’s personal life trying to destroy every level of it by sabotaging his relationships, career, and his very will to stay alive. Since the plot of the series is not available to us we can’t say for certain that it will follow the same plot so we’ll have to wait and see what happens in the series.
