Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is going to be a banger for sure and one of the most trending anime series of 2026. It will adapt the events from the most infamous Culling Game arc. Those who have read the manga must be aware of how gruesome it gets with each succeeding chapter. So, be prepared, as the new installment will be filled with several deaths, and the following JJK characters are most likely to die in JJK Season 3.
1. Tsumiki Fushiguro
Megumi’s older step-sister, Tsumiki, awakens mysteriously when the Culling Game starts. She gets drawn to Tokyo No. 1 Colony to serve a player in the deadly game orchestrated by Kenjaku. Megumi willingly becomes as he wanted to save his sister. However, it soon becomes clear that the one participating in the game is Yorozu, an ancient sorcerer from the Heian Era, in Tsumiki’s body.
Yorozu has been obsessed with Sukuna for centuries, so when the king of curses takes control of Megumi’s body, she challenges him to a duel. Yorozu wanted to defeat him to teach what love actually means. However, she forgets that she is challenging the strongest curses and ends up dying on the battlefield. With her, ends the story for Tsumiki Fushiguro. The sister whom Megumi swore to protect dies at his hands. Hence, it is going to be one of the heartbreaking sights to unfold in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3.
2. Kenjaku
Kenjaku has been one of the smartest characters introduced in Jujutsu Kaisen. With his manipulative tactics and ruthless personality, he has used the bodies of others to roam in the world of the living without any limitations. However, despite being the mastermind of the Culling Game, he doesn’t see his dark fate approaching him.
That’s because he has been an overconfident curse who believed that no one could beat him because his intelligence wouldn’t let him die. However, it seems he was destined to get a quick death. No monologue, no backstory, or something. After dealing with Takaba, before Kenjaku can relax, Yuta attacks from behind and decapitates him.
3. Ryu Ishigori
Ryu Ishigori was an ancient sorcerer who was incarnated in the modern world by Kenjaku to participate in the Culling Game. He was someone with a never-ending hunger for fighting and brutality.
He is one such sorcerer who would die happily at the hands of a worthy opponent. After Japan is half blood-soaked and the chaos has already taken over every corner, Ryu teams up with another reincarnated sorcerer named Takako Uro and jumps on the battlefield to fight Sukuna in Megumi’s body. Well, the King of Curses doesn’t take long to overpower Ryu and show him his place. Ryu dies off-panel, so you may get to see him fight on screen and see him die in the blink of an eye.
4. Naoya Zenin
Naoya Zenin was one of the sexist and arrogant members of the Zenin Clan, who always looked down on others, especially women. He was the final Zenin Clan member who died at the hands of Maki and her mother in the Zenin Clan Massacre arc. However, it seems Gege Akutami had bigger plans for the character, so he brought him back from the dead in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3.
This time, he looks exactly what he was from the inside as a human; he appears as a caterpillar-like, cursed spirit. He trash-talks Maki and tries to distract her. Maki joins forces with Naritoshi to tackle this cursed spirit. They struggle initially, but soon Maki achieves her full potential and finishes the story of Naoya once and for all.
5. Yuki Tsukumo
Yuki Tsumuko is one of the strongest female characters of Jujutsu Kaisen. While the majority of the sorcerers focused on exorcising the curses, she sought to find the root of these evil entities and put an end to their existence once and for all. That’s why she jumped into the battlefield at the crucial point when Kenjaku had defeated several powerful sorcerers already. After fighting Kenjaku and overwhelming him with several hits, she sacrificed herself. Well, her final move made everyone realize that Kenjaku is gone; sadly, he returns, but not without getting severely injured.
