A new Resurgence map named Haven’s Hollow will be joining the Warzone playlist in Season 1. The map takes players back to a familiar setting in Liberty Falls, featuring the same Appalachian mountain ranges and Americana-laced aesthetic. The picturesque hamlet is bigger than Rebirth Island but smaller than Fortune’s Keep. This places it at a nice middle-ground in terms of scope, which should gel nicely with the frenetic nature of Resurgence.

Here are all the POIs you’ll find on Haven’s Hollow:

  • Mansion
  • Research Center
  • Coal Depot
  • Lumbermill
  • Riverboat
  • Main Street
  • Train Station
  • Homestead
  • Pond

Warzone Season 1 New Weapons

  • Maddox RFB in BO7
  • Sturmwolf 45 SMG in BO7
  • Sokol 545 LMG in BO7

Seven new weapons will be joining the Warzone arsenal in Season 1. Here’s an overview of all the new guns:

  • Maddox RFB: Bullpup AR with a rapid rate of fire and excellent handling, last seen in Black Ops 4.
  • Kogot-7: Full-auto submachine gun. Excellent mobility and fast fire rate, but shorter-range capabilities and moderate recoil.
  • Sokol 545: Full-auto light machine gun. Can switch on demand between a slower fire rate with high accuracy and range, and a faster fire rate with higher damage and recoil.
  • Hawker HX: Bolt-action Sniper Rifle.Fast handling and mobility. Higher recoil and flinch. Hold breath while ADS to steady.
  • Sturmwolf 45: Full-auto submachine gun. Very low recoil and good headshot damage. Lower handling, mobility, and range.
  • NX Ravager: Single-shot weapon that fires bolts, needs to be reloaded after every round.
  • Ballistic Knife: A throwing knife that takes up your lethal equipment slot.

Besides the new guns, you can also look forward to seeing all of Black Ops 7’s 28 launch weapons get integrated into Warzone.

Warzone Season 1 New Gameplay Features

Warzone will see a bunch of balancing updates and new gameplay features in Season 1, ranging from restructured Perks to Wildcards changes. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Weapon Attachments: Warzone is reverting to five attachments, meaning you can no longer use up to eight attachments using a Wildcard. Weapon tuning is also being differentiated across the Multiplayer and Warzone to make attachments feel more distinct. Overkill is now applied by default, so you can carry two primary weapons from the jump.
  • Movement: Tac Sprint will no longer be available by default in Warzone Season 1. To use it, you’ll need to equip the Sprinter perk. Additionally, the Combat Roll for Black Ops 7 will join the BR as part of the Mountaineer Perk.
  • Equipment: New equipment, such as the Echo Unit Field Upgrade, the Needle Drone, and the Pinpoint Grenade, is joining Warzone. Raven has also implemented new equipment interactions, such as Smoke Grenades dousing Molotov fire, and Stim Shots removing the effects of Flash and Concussion Grenades
  • Perks: Perks have been readjusted across the board, with some also receiving buffs to encourage players to try out new abilities.

Verdansk will remain the solitary big map experience in Warzone until Blackout is released sometime next year. To help rejuvenate the classic map, Raven has added two new POIs: the Signal Station and Factory.

  • Signal Station: A new Guild complex arrives in the north of Verdansk, instantly recognizable by its three white spheres looking over the frozen lake and forest. Explore the main building, featuring multiple levels of combat and a large central area where squads can interact with the facility to access additional map intel.
  • Factory: Players with experience in Verdansk ’84 will recognize this sprawling industrial site located just east of Superstore. Guild Rockets are being developed and stored in the updated Factory site, supported by an intricate system of worksites, silos, warehouses, and other supporting facilities.

The devs have revealed info on two new events coming to Season 1, alongside the typical slate of CODMAS celebrations. Here’s an overview of them both:
