Players will engage in heated battles on the snowy rooftops of New York’s “Hotel Times West”. The snowstorm weather will definitely have an impact on your gunfights as you make your way. It is expected to be a medium-sized map with the typical three-lane layout.

The Rooftops map has a rooftop greenhouse, HVAC platforms, a boiler room, a patio, skylights, a pigeon coop, and a laundry room. Since the fights primarily take place on rooftops, sniper operators are going to have a field day on this one!

Silkworm

Silkworm is set in a shopping district in Seoul, South Korea, which is the primary setting of Modern Warfare 4. This map also features the tradition three lane layout with long sightlines.

This urban South Korean shopping district is packed with action centers on a well-stocked convenience store, gaming den, and central subway entrance. In addition, there is a separate alley access around the perimeter of the apartments.

Transit 213

Close enough! Welcome back, Shipment! Transit 213 is a mini map similar to the iconic COD map, Shipment. This map is set in an abandoned central parking lot in western India, and you will find yourself surrounded by multiple colored buses.

In addition, a repair shop and a small gas station are available on the map, which is surrounded by construction projects and high-rise tenement blocks. So, get ready for some close encounters in the new spiritual successor to the Shipment map.

Cachette

Cachette is apparently set in a small village on the outskirts of a French rail terminal, but it is not a small map like Transit 213. Unlike other maps, Cachette features an abandoned wine warehouse and an abandoned mechanic’s garage transformed into a hidden armory.

Lotus

Lotus is yet another South Korean map, as CoD MW4 is set in South Korea. In fact, players will be playing in a ravaged Korean fishing village as a result of a seaborne invasion. Again, it is going to be a medium-sized map, which will attract a lot of CoD players. The major locations of the fishing village include a market, a hostel, a boathouse, gardens, and residential blocks.

Lithium

Details about the Lithium map have finally surfaced online during Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4’s open beta. The map is based on Corporación Mexicana de Litio’s Lithium processing refinery located within a rural Mexican state below the Sierra mountains.

Although we don’t know much about Lithium’s points of interest, this map seems to be an unconventional COD map built to test the new features of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.

Coal

The Coal map is set in the ruins of an old Soviet coal processing plant in a remote, mountainous area. This russian map features a fallen smokestack, ore chutes, and processing buildings, a slurry-filled river, and a polluted floodplain.

Mumbai

Infinity Ward is once again taking players to Mumbai in the latest Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The Mumbai map will be featured in both the campaign and multiplayer modes. The Indian map is based on a fugitive’s hideout.

It is concealed inside a packed residential district themed after a Victorian market. The map also features a rail line between the congested residential blocks.

Munition

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 maps aren’t just based on South Korea, as the Munition map takes players to the North Korean command facility. It is home to a massive ammunition depot, monitoring rooms, a linked skybridge, crane, water tower, and multiple hangars.

Nautical

Nautical is a spiritual successor to the popular ship-based CoD maps, Hijacked and Lifeline. Players will be pitted against each other aboard a South Korean ferry, with debris scattered across the decks and flames engulfing the starboard.

Reactor U92

Unexpectedly, players can also look forward to fighting inside a Korean nuclear reactor complex in CoD MW4. After suffering a catastrophic incident, this nuclear reactor is now undergoing a complete meltdown, as evident by the erupting, boiling containment pool at its center.

Sentry

Once again, we head to a North Korean military base in CoD MW4. Players will be fighting against one another in a snow-covered maintenance garage, generator room, and substation surrounding a central command center and partly destroyed barracks.

Kill Block

Kill Block is the all-new dynamic battleground Infinity Ward devs cannot stop teasing. The Westbridge Training Facility has been transformed into a dynamic multiplayer battleground. As a result, the battle arena keeps changing every round. Kill Block is confirmed to support 3v3 and 10v10 gunfights at launch.

Imjin Farmlands

Imjin Farmlands, the first Ground War map, takes place in the rural outskirts of Haijin, where open fields, waterways, scattered farms, and the large-scale mill intersect with roads and rail lines. As a result, a combat zone suited to long sightlines is born naturally. This map is also tailor-made for vehicle maneuvering and coordinated assaults on key strongholds.

Wolves Stadium

While Imjin Farmlands is a rural region-based map, Wolves Stadium is set in an urban scene. At the heart of Haijin, there is a stadium among a crowded cityscape. Wolves Stadium map will feature multi-story buildings, transit lines, tunnels, rooftops, and surrounding hillsides.

As you can see here, the Wolves Stadium map is a completely versatile battle arena where each path you take offers numerous ways to advance and counter your opponents.

Call of Duty Warzone’s Resurgence mode finally gets the all-new Zodiac map in CoD MW4. It is a relatively small combat zone built around the DRC Advanced Systems drone assembly and manufacturing headquarters, creating the perfect opportunity for intense close-quarters fights.

The points of interest on the Zodiac map include the company Admin building, double Trackline with multiple trains, R&D facility, shipping dock, offices, manufacturing buildings, rooftops, tunnels, and the surrounding shoreline.

Furthermore. Infinity Ward has also teased fierce tank battles, fantastic loot, and other surprises in the newest Resurgence map.
