5 Best Ultimate Abilities in Marvel Rivals

One of the highlights of hero shooters for me is charging up the powerful ultimate abilities to turn the tide of battle. In Marvel Rivals, some ultimates are undeniably more impactful than others. If you’re looking to maximize your hero’s potential, check out our list of the best ultimate abilities in Marvel Rivals. These ultimates are strong in terms of their damage, and impact, and almost all of them are pretty easy to use in Marvel Rivals.

1. Loki – God of Mischief

What is better than the ability to steal all other abilities? Nothing. Well, in Marvel Rivals, Loki can use his ultimate ability to steal the identity of any enemy hero. Unlike any other hero shooters, here the ultimate also lets you use all of the abilities the hero has including their ultimate.

This means you can not only disguise yourself among the enemy team but also shower their own medicine on them. So, whether it is Jeff, Punisher, Scarlet Witch, or Iron Man, God of Mischief will let you use all Marvel Rivals character’s ultimate abilities whenever you want.

2. Jeff – It’s Jeff

The reason behind Jeff being on our annoying Marvel Rivals characters list is his ultimate ability. Jeff’s ultimate, It’s Jeff! is one of the broken abilities in the game. If you use this ability, you can gobble up your enemies or allies and throw them in a direction. While you are chomping on your enemies, they take some cheap damage over time.

On the other hand, your allies are healed during this session. However, that is not what makes Jeff’s ultimate broken. As almost every map in Marvel Rivals has a cliff area, you can throw enemies off the cliff using this ultimate ability.

Yeah, I have been a victim of this along with my five other teammates multiple times. Definitely not the fun ultimate to take.

3. Psylocke – Dance Of The Butterfly

Psylocke is one of the overpowered duelists in Marvel Rivals and one major contributor to it is her ultimate, Dance of The Butterfly. On cast, Psylocke slashes her enemies in a 10-meter circle for 4 seconds. Each slash damages 150 while she can slash 2 hits per second.

However, that is not the only part of this ability that is strong. While casting Dance of The Butterfly, Psylocke goes missing from the world. This means she cannot be damaged or stunned while she is casting the ultimate ability. This makes her ultimate one of the best in Marvel Rivals.

4. Scarlet Witch – Reality Erasure

Unlike the other overpowered and more annoying ultimate abilities on this list, Reality Erasure is an AOE ability in Marvel Rivals. Although Scarlet Witch comes with a low health pool, her invisibility and telekinesis help her cast this strong ultimate ability. But how much damage does it deal?

Well, on paper she deals 750 damage in a 15-meter circle area with her ultimate ability. If you compare this damage with the hero’s base health pool, no Marvel Rivals character, including the Vanguards can survive this massive damage. This makes Reality Erasure one of the strongest and easy-to-execute ultimates in the game.

5. Iron Man – Invincible Pulse Cannon

Although the Invincible Pulse Cannon deals way more damage than Scarlet Witch, Iron Man himself is hard to control. That is why Iron Man’s Pulse Cannon is lower on our list of best Marvel Rivals ultimates. But do not distract you from the chaos his ultimate brings.

This ultimate deals 1000 explosion damage and 300/s damage over time in a 10m circle. That makes Iron Man’s Invincible Pulse Cannon the highest damage-dealing ability in Marvel Rivals.

The cannon’s projectile speed too is 25 m/s, which makes it hard to dodge the ability. So, if you can master Iron Man and use these Marvel Rivals settings to not get FPS drops, you can obliterate any enemy team with this ultimate.

Before we end the list, there are a few more ultimate abilities you can try out in Marvel Rivals that can win you games easily. Adam Warlock’s ultimate ability, Karmic Revival, is support heaven. It creates a ring of resurrection. This ability suits the strategist role of Adam Warlock.

Once anyone is dead around the ring beforehand, they will return to the battlefield immediately. It also monitors dead allies within the ring for 10 seconds and resurrects if any of them falls. This is one of the strongest resurrection abilities in the game, and it can change the course of team fights in seconds.

While Spider-Man is hard to control in Marvel Rivals, his ultimate ability is entirely broken. With Spectacular Spin, you can damage and stun enemies in a large area. The ability is simple and effective, but pulling it off takes practice. However, if you successfully do it, you gain 250 bonus health on top of the damage and stun.

The last one on our list is the Galactic Legend by Star-Lord. Well, you get auto-aim with this ultimate. While having auto-aim in a hero shooter is already broken, I love how Star-Lord gains significant fire rate and bonus damage with his ultimate. This makes this ability easy to use for anyone and wreaks chaos against any team composition.

That ends our list of the best Marvel Rivals ultimates. Which ultimate ability do you like the most in Marvel Rivals? Do let us know in the comments.
