Pokemon TCG Pocket Mega Charizard X EX Deck Strategy

Pokemon TCG Pocket Mega Charizard X EX deck is complicated to use. But if you understand the strategy and manage the HP properly without getting knocked out, then victory is inevitable.

Firstly, you need to make sure that your starting Pokemon is a Charmander or an Entei card. If not, then you can draw them out using a Poke Ball, Professor’s Research, or a Copycat. Keep the Entei card on the active spot and the Charmander on the bench. Use a Protective Poncho to keep your Charmander safe if needed.

While Entei EX draws cards every turn, try to get a Charmeleon or a Mega Charizard X EX. Meanwhile, keep attaching fire energies to your Charmander or Entei. If you are planning to evolve Charmander into Charmeleon, then make sure to swap it in the active spot to get energy on it. You can even give the energy to Entei EX and let it take care of your opponent.

When Entei EX has been KOed, you can push with your Mega Charizard X EX to wrap up the match. Be careful when using Mega Charizard X EX, as it deals extra damage when the HP is below 110. This is the range where almost any Pokemon can knock it out. So before you deal damage, check if the attack is enough to deal the finishing blow. If not, then consider swapping out for a different Pokemon, or use Sabrina and Cyrus to force your opponent into switching their Pokemon.

Look out for Mega Charizard Y decks, as they can one-shot your cards. Water-type decks like Suicune EX Greninja deck, and Mega Blastoise EX deck are a potential threat.
