Extraction shooters usually revolve around weapon loadouts, but Arc Raiders treats it differently. Here, a raider’s skills are just as important as their arsenal. Players invest experience points into a full skill tree to shape their playstyle and build the strongest possible raider. In this guide, we break down the Arc Raiders skill tree, explaining every skill, its effects, and how to upgrade them efficiently.
Complete Arc Raiders Skill Tree
Unlike the Arc Raiders weapons, the skill tree is permanent. The Arc Raiders skill tree is divided into three specific categories: Conditioning, Survival, and Mobility. Each category focuses on improving attributes such as maximum stamina, movement speed, or other key aspects.
Keep in mind that you cannot directly assign points to random skills. You start upgrading skills from the bottom and unlock the major skills after certain points are achieved in different categories. Below, we have listed every skill available in Arc Raiders to help you learn about them.

In-round crafting is one of the most valuable skills in Arc Raiders as it lets players craft ammo or healing items while on the topside. The Marathon runner is also a valuable skill that lowers stamina cost while sprinting.
