How to Unlock the New Trader Ermal in Arc Raiders
The only way to unlock the new trader, Ermal, in Arc Raiders is to reach level 25. This was confirmed in the latest Arc Raiders patch notes, and players who have already reached level 25 (or above) can now see the Nomadic Envoys under the traders tab.
As for players who are ready to barter with the surface-dweller but are under level 25, there is no other option but to grind and reach the required level. Only then will the new trader, Ermal, be unlocked in the trader menu in Arc Raiders, and you can begin trading your high-value loot items in exchange for his lucrative offerings.
How to Trade with Ermal in Arc Raiders
Bartering with Ermal, the nomadic envoy, is very similar to how you trade with other traders in Arc Raiders, but there is a minor change. Instead of splashing your money to buy a certain item, you need to trade your eligible high-value loot items, such as Rocketeer Driver, Turbine Compressor, etc., or the best weapons in Arc Raiders, to meet the required item value and trade with the new trader.
In my case, I tried to obtain the “Sirena Dorata” Ship Model. So, here is how to trade with Ermal in Arc Raiders:
- Head over to the traders tab and select the ‘Nomadic Envoys’ option.
- Select either the service or the offering you wish to obtain.
- Check the eligible items and the required item value once.
- If you have all the necessary items, select them manually by pressing E.
- Or you can use the ‘Auto Select’ feature to let the game pick up the necessary items to meet the required item value.
- Once you have finalized the items, hold E to trade your top-tier loot for the specific item you seek.
All Ermal’s Offerings and Services in Arc Raiders
Finally, Ermal has set up a camp in Speranza, and he offers both permanent services and weekly offerings. As for the weekly offerings, devs have confirmed these items will be rotated every week in Arc Raiders. Therefore, if you cannot afford a certain item now with the new trader, it will be back in the store in the near future.

Permanent Services
In Arc Raiders, Ermal offers Permanent Services such as Stash Expansion, which gives you +12 Stash Slots, and Expedition Vault. While the Stash Expansion is self-explanatory, the new Expedition Vault allows raiders to store up to 5 of the precious items that they can retrieve after completing Expedition 3 in Arc Raiders.
