We have reached the end of the Escalation roadmap with the release of the much-awaited Riven Tides update. The new Arc Raiders update brings a new ARC enemy, called ARC Turbine, in a new map setting. There is also a new item called ‘Turbine Compressor’ tied to the new ARC, which every raider is trying to get their hands on right now. ARC Turbine Location in Arc Raiders
As you can guess, ARC Turbine, the new ARC enemy, can be found only in the new map, Riven Tides. It can be found in both the normal map and during map conditions such as Beachcombing, Night Raid, etc. Thus, if you are looking to hunt down the newest ARC threat, then make sure to lock in your destination as the Riven Tides in the game.
However, finding an ARC Turbine in the game is going to be a tough challenge, as raiders report that they aren’t seeing one in every match. Some players reported that you have to stay on a raid for at least 15 minutes (half of a raid) and then only the ARC Turbine will begin landing on the surface. Although it hasn’t been confirmed by the devs yet, we found an ARC Turbine during the final minutes of the game.
As things stand, you are not guaranteed to encounter an ARC Turbine during every single raid in Riven Tides, but you can still find one late during a raid. So, stay alert and continuously monitor the sounds around you in Arc Raiders, then you might catch the terrifying sound of the new ARC and immediately rush towards its location.
How to Get a Turbine Compressor in Arc Raiders
The most reliable way to get a Turbine Compressor in Arc Raiders is to defeat the new ARC Turbine threat and obtain not just one but two compressors from its loot pool. But defeating the new ARC enemy is an arduous task, as expected.
Unlike a Vaporizer Regulator, many raiders successfully found the brand-new Turbine Compressors inside ARC Couriers, as well as regular containers. We are currently unsure about obtaining the Turbine Compressors as a regular loot in high-tier loot areas. So, you can try your luck for now, opening containers and couriers. We will update this section once we learn more information about the Turbine Compressor loot.
How to Use a Turbine Compressor in Arc Raiders
A valuable item like the new Turbine Compressor is always used in crafting epic and legendary items in the game. The Turbine Compressor can be used in crafting the new Powered Descender gadget added in the Riven Tides update. Also, make sure to upgrade your Utility Station to level 3 before; only then can you craft a Power Descender back in Speranza.
Furthermore, raiders can also donate 2x Turbine Compressors in the latest Raider Project, Avian Alarm, to earn some exciting rewards. Currently, these are the only two ways you can make use of the Turbine Compressors in Arc Raiders. That said, did you manage to find a Turbine Compressor during a raid?
