Some info has already been revealed, while others are being speculated or leaked as we inch closer. That said, here’s everything you can expect from Pokemon Presents 30th Anniversary livestream.

Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen on Nintendo Switch

Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, the original remakes of Pokemon Red and Blue, have been added to the Nintendo Switch eShop. The pre-orders for the games are live, with their release currently set for February 27, 2026, on Pokemon Day. On top of that, a new episode will be released for ‘Pokemon Rising Again’ on February 27, 2026, in Japan. This will be episode 129, and feature a showdown against Shiny Rayquaza.

Pokemon Champions Release

Pokemon Champions is an F2P strategy-based title and a spinoff of the original Champions series. The game was announced back in 2025, and it is speculated to be released in February 2026. PokePark KANTO Opening News

PokePark KANTO will be the first-ever permanent outdoor Pokemon attraction, where you’ll be able to experience the vibe of the Kanto region from the Gen 1 games. This was first opened on February 5, 2026, and stretches over 26,000 square meters in a corner of Yomiuriland, an amusement park located in Tokyo’s verdant Tama Hills.

You can experience a Pokemon Forest, a lush woodland where Pokémon thrive in the wild, and Sledge Town, where trainers all over the world meet. This is primarily made to celebrate this year’s anniversary. But we expect more of the celebrations and events to be showcased in the live stream.

Pokemon Mobile Games Special Events

Pokemon games on Mobile devices have some of the highest player bases, and the Pokemon Company won’t forget about them. While we have a 10th Anniversary event for Pokemon GO, you can expect more bonuses related to Pokemon’s 30th Anniversary. Furthermore, we can also expect the unveiling of new TCG Pocket events during the livestream.
