It is finally time for the Xbox Games Showcase, and expect some epic announcements. This will be the first show after Asha Sharma took the reins from Phil Spencer, and she is planning some big changes. Gears of War E-Day
The livestream started with a bang, with a full gameplay reveal of Gears of War E-Day. The gameplay reveal showcased our lead blasting through enemies, even including a massive spider monster. We also saw a bit of melee combat, with a ton of finishers. And at the end, we finally got a look at Marcus Pheonix. Gears of War E-Day will be released on October 6, 2026, and it will be an Xbox console and PC exclusive.
Fable
Fable‘s new cinematic trailer dropped second, and it showcased a gloomy atmosphere compared to the colorful gameplay trailer revealed earlier. The game will launch on February 23, 2027.
Halo Campaign Evolved
The new Halo is also here, and it looks incredible. From the iconic laser guns and strategic gameplay style. The gameplay showed the iconic Master Chief in full action mode, blasting through aliens. Halo Campaign Evolved will add three new missions and is set to release on July 28, 2026.
Resonance A Plage Tale Legacy
Another iconic sequel is back in 2026, and it is Resonance A Plague Tale Legacy. The trailer showcased gameplay and touched a bit on the new story. The game continues to look creepy like the previous games, and it is coming out on August 27, 2026.
Persona 4 Revival
