Wuthering Waves (WuWa) Lucy Build in Cyberpunk Edgerunners Collab
Lucy is the premium 5-star character for the Wuthering Waves x Cyberpunk Edgerunners collab. She is an incredibly powerful DPS character and easily jumped to one of the top spots in our Wuthering Waves tier list. Here is the best Lucy build in Wuthering Waves that will help you squeeze out every bit of damage from her kit.

Cost 1: ATK%Sub Stats Crit Rate = Crit DMG > ATK% > Energy Regen > Heavy Attack DMG
Lucy will use the 4-3-3-1-1 echo setup, equipping one Crit Rate cost-4 echo, two Spectro DMG cost-3 echoes, and two ATK% cost-1 echoes. You can also equip her with a Crit DMG cost-4 echo, but it is considered slightly worse than the Crit Rate alternative. This setup will maximize Lucy’s damage output, so stick with it. Lucy Weapons
| Priority | Name |
|---|---|
| Best | Spectral Trigger |
| Alternative | Lux & Umbra Skull Thrasher Phasic Homogenizer The Last Dance Solar Flame Relativistic Jet |
Spectral Trigger is the best weapon for Lucy in Wuthering Waves, and by a large margin. This weapon is her signature, and it skyrockets her damage output. The weapon gives a big Crit DMG boost, alongside ATK%, Spectro DMG, and Heavy Attack DMG buffs, while also allowing Heavy Attack DMG to ignore 10% of enemy defense. There is no other weapon in the game that even comes near Spectral Trigger for Lucy.
But if you are not planning to invest in her signature weapon, the closest you can use are Lux & Umbra and Skull Thrasher. Other 5-star alternatives include Phasic Homogenizer and The Last Dance. For 4-star options, Solar Flame and Relativistic Jet are the only options.
Lucy Main Echo and Sonata Set
| Priority | Main Echo | Sonata Set |
|---|---|---|
| Best | Adam Smasher | Shadow of the Shattered Dreams and other 2-piece Spectro sets |
Adam Smasher is the only main echo you should be using on Lucy. This echo skill perfectly works with Lucy’s kit, so there is no reason for you to look for an inferior alternative. When it comes to sonata sets, you will be using the Shadow of the Shattered Dreams effect with Adam Smasher. For the other 2-piece sets, prioritize getting any Spectro DMG sets.
Wuthering Waves Lucy Teams
| DPS | Sub DPS | Support |
|---|---|---|
| Lucy | Rebecca | Mornye |
| Lucy | Rebecca | Shorekeeper |
| Lucy | Rebecca | Verina |
There are very few team options for Lucy. Rebecca is Lucy’s best ally and must be with her to get the most out of both their kits. As Rebecca is a free 5-star character given during this collab, building her for Lucy won’t be a major issue. When it comes to the third slot, you finally have some freedom. The best character for the support slot will be Mornye, as she makes it easier to break enemies. If you don’t have her, you can either go for Shorekeeper or Verina as well.
These are the only team options for Lucy. Instead of playing with her with other characters, you can simply play with a duo team using Rebecca and Lucy. Although you will not have an additional sustain to help you in a pinch, the damage output more than makes up for it.
So, there you have it. This is the best Lucy build in Wuthering Waves. Have more questions about Lucy? Let us know in the comments section below.
