Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo is expected to launch its upcoming Vivo V11 Pro in India at an event on September 6. The company has been teasing the launch for quite a while now, revealing snippets of the device via its social media accounts. Quite recently, all of the device’s specifications and press images were leaked online and now, according to a recent report from Mysmartprice, the Vivo V11 Pro will be open for pre-booking on September 11 and will go on sale on September 12.
The report cites a reliable tip from a source familiar with the company’s plans. As of now, the company hasn’t revealed any information regarding the specifications or the price of the upcoming device, but according to a recent leak, the Vivo V11 Pro will feature a Snapdragon 660 processor, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device is also rumored to feature a micro USB port for charging and data syncing, which is quite disappointing for a smartphone released in late 2018.
The leaked press renders also suggest that the upcoming smartphone will feature a 6.41-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a smaller waterdrop style notch, a substantial 3,400mAh battery with support for Vivo’s Dual-Engine fast charging, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. In the imaging department, the Vivo V11 Pro is rumored to pack a 12MP+5MP dual pixel camera setup on the back, along with a 25MP AI-enabled front camera.
As of now, we can’t be sure if the leaked specifications of the device are accurate, but we expect the company to release more information as the launch date approaches closer.
