Pokémon TCG Pocket has released their new event, and it features Water-type Pokémon cards in the Wonder Pick. The Water-type Pokémon Mass Outbreak event is live and is available from September 25, 2025, to October 1, 2025.
During the event, you’ll be able to get rare cards from wonder picks while also completing missions to earn rewards. This event will be crucial for players who lack Water-type cards and decks, as there will be a lot of Water Pokémon for them to collect. We have listed everything that you need to know.
Pokemon TCG Pocket Water Pokemon Mass Outbreak Event Picks and Flairs
During the Pokémon TCG Pocket Mass Outbreak Event, Wonder Picks will feature bonus picks with no cost and rare picks that include cards with higher rarity. There are also missions available that will reward you with shop tickets for wonder picking and collecting certain cards. You can check them out in the in-game Mission tab. Here are all the cards that you can obtain from the Wonder Picks.
Bonus Pick
You can find the following cards featured in the bonus picks during the Pokémon TCG Pocket Mass Outbreak Event:
- Slowpoke (Secluded Springs) 1-star
- Slowking (Secluded Springs) 2-star
- Flaaffy (Wisdom of Sea and Sky) 2-star
- Jynx (Secluded Springs) 1-star
- Feebas (Secluded Springs) 1-star
- Cryogonal (Secluded Springs) 1-star
- Corsola (Wisdom of Sea and Sky) 1-star
- Popplio (Eevee Grove) 1-star
- Brionne (Eevee Grove) 1-star
- Manaphy (Space-Time Smackdown) 2-star
- Inflatable Boat (Secluded Springs) 2-star
The Bonus Pick is the less rare Wonder Pick, and you might see it often when you open the game. The cards are very common, and there’s nothing extraordinary to look for. However, this costs no Wonder Stamina, so make sure to grab it whenever you can find one.
New Packs are assigned between 30 minutes and 4 hours in increments of 30 minutes before they expire. This time it’s random and has no relation to how recently the pack was opened. Make sure to check the game often so that you don’t miss out on any free cards.
Rare Pick
The following cards can be obtained from the rare pick during the event.
- Suicune ex (Secluded Springs) 4-star
- Primarina ex (Eevee Grove) 4-star
- Milotic (Secluded Springs) 3-star
- Mantyke (Secluded Springs) 3-star
- Vaporeon (Mythical Island) 3-star
This is a rarer version of Wonder Pick, which you may occasionally come across. You’ll mostly find the Bonus Pick; however, if you see a Rare Pick, then you are a lucky fellow. Rare Pick will have five cards, and you can choose any one of them, like the normal Wonder Picks. The card you receive is also random, and there is no guaranteed way to obtain your desired card. You’ll just have to pray that you get the one you’re looking forward to.
New Flairs
During the Pokémon TCG Pocket Mass Outbreak Event, you can obtain two new Flairs for Suicune ex and Primarina ex.
The Suicune ex Sunshine Sparkles Battle Flair: Light Blue can be obtained by exchanging one Suicune ex card and 720 Shinedust. Similarly, the Primarina ex Ripples Cosmetic Flair: Light Blue can be obtained in exchange for one Primarina ex card and 720 Shinedust.
If you have more than two ex cards for them, we highly recommend getting them before the event ends.
All Missions and Rewards in the Mass Outbreak Event
New missions are added for the Pokémon TCG Pocket Mass Outbreak Event, and completing them will reward you with Wonder Hourglasses and Shop Tickets. Wonder Hourglass is used to refill the Wonder Stamina bar, and the Shop Tickets can be used to purchase in-game shop items. The Wonder Pick missions are quite straightforward. To complete the Collect Water cards missions, we recommend opening the Secluded Springs pack, as it has a higher chance of dropping water Pokémon cards.
