How to Get Sentinel Firing Cores in Arc Raiders

Sentinel Firing Core is one of the rare items that you will have a hard time finding in Arc Raiders, as they can only be found either within a Sentinel turret or a ARC Courier. You cannot find the Sentinel Firing Cores inside of any other regular, raider, or ARC-related containers in the game. So, here is how to get a Sentinel Firing Core from either one of them:

Defeating Sentinels

The Sentinel turrets are the main ARC enemy that drops the Sentinel Firing Core component upon defeat. Don’t get confused between a Sentinel and the normal turret you find inside the buildings. The Sentinels are always found on top of high-value loot buildings (or ledges) where they snipe the raiders who dare to loot this area.

Once a Sentinel locks aim on a raider, it fires a high-velocity bullet that pierces straight through your shield and reduces your HP at the same time. So, avoid engaging long-range fights with a Sentinel at all costs. Here is how you kill a Sentinel in Arc Raiders:

• Once you have spotted one, or if it spots you by pointing lasers at you, start running out of its sight.
• Then, once the turret starts looking elsewhere, slowly make your way near it.
• Once you are so close to the Sentinel turret, you can easily dodge its fire by rolling.
• Just keep shooting at its weak point, i.e, its yellow-painted core.
• Then, the Sentinel will be eliminated in a few minutes.
• Search the destroyed parts of a Sentinel to get the Sentinel Firing Core and place it in your safe pocket.

ARC Couriers

After some time, raiders started finding the Sentinel Firing Core as random loot inside the ARC Couriers. You can easily spot this transporting ARC device during your raids, as it emits thick black smoke.

However, the chances of finding a Sentinel Firing Core inside an ARC Courier greatly vary, so we don’t recommend only searching these couriers when you are in desperate need of a Sentinel Firing Core. So, only try your luck by looting them if one is on your way to the Sentinel turret location.
