The Bar & Lounge safe contains 3 Antique coins. You need to turn the dial to 10 anti-clockwise, then to 80 clockwise, and finally to 30 anti-clockwise to open it.
Examination Room Safe Code
- Normal mode answer: 30 (right), 10 (left), 50 (right)
- Insanity mode answer: 50 (left), 30 (right), 90 (left)
The Examination Room safe contains 3 Antique coins. You need to turn the dial to 30 clockwise, then to 10 anti-clockwise, and finally to 50 clockwise to open it.
Basement Furnace Safe Code
- Normal mode answer: 60 (right), 40 (left), 80 (right)
- Insanity mode answer: 70 (left), 50 (right), 20 (left)
The Basement Furnace safe contains the Raccoon Roundup Map and 10 Handgun Ammo. Handgun is one of the most useful Resident Evil Requiem weapons, so don’t forget to grab the ammo from this safe. You need to turn the dial to 60 clockwise, then to 40 anti-clockwise, and finally to 20 clockwise to open it.
ARK Sterilization Chamber Safe Code
- Normal mode answer: 10 (right), 90 (left), 20 (right)

The ARK Sterilization Chamber safe contains 1 Molotov, 1 Med injector, and 15 Handgun ammo. You need to turn the dial to 10 clockwise, then to 90 anti-clockwise, and finally to 20 clockwise to open it.

The ARK Monitor Control room safe contains 1 Empty Bottle, 1 Bottle of Acid, and 1 Med Injector. You need to turn the dial to 10 clockwise, then to 90 anti-clockwise, and finally to 20 clockwise to open it.
