Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus follows a six-month refresh cycle since the OnePlus 3T for its smartphones and it seems to work well for them. While there were confusions regarding the launch of the 7T any sooner especially since the advent of the OnePlus 7 Pro, a recent launch date rumor begs to disagree.
Tipster Max J who goes by the handle @Samsung_News_ on Twitter claims that OnePlus will be launching the OnePlus 7T Pro on the 15th of October. This could be true since the OnePlus 6T was announced on October 29th last year and the date seems to line up.

A major overhaul in the design language should not be expected on the OnePlus 7T Pro, it is a “T” version after all. This means that we would be seeing the same curved edges and bezel-less display on the 7T Pro. Going bezel-less comes with the adoption of pop-up mechanism and OnePlus is more likely to go with the pop-up selfie camera seen on the OnePlus 7 Pro with this one.
On the rear, a triple camera setup is expected on the 7T Pro according to previous leaks from Weibo. So far, there has not been a single leak about the regular 7T. OnePlus might surprise us with 7T and 7T Pro but the chances are very slim.
As far as the other specifications are concerned, we might be getting the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus along with improvements in camera and battery capacity. We will have to wait for the official confirmation of OnePlus to be sure of this launch date and hence we would recommend you to take this launch date speculation with a pinch of salt.
