OnePlus 6 Launch Offer: Idea Postpaid Subscribers Get Rs 2,000 Cashback, 200GB Bonus Data

Ahead of the OnePlus 6‘s launch, Idea has partnered with the company to give attractive cashback and data benefits to postpaid subscribers who purchase the upcoming ‘flagship killer’.

In addition to it, Idea is also offering 4 months of device security and free access to the Digital Idea service which hosts digital content like music, games and movies to postpaid users.

Idea postpaid subscribers will get a cashback benefit of Rs. 2,000, that will be credited in the form of Rs. 100 discount each month on the Rs. 499 Nirvana postpaid plan for 20 consecutive billing cycles. The cashback benefit will bring down the effective price of the Rs. 499 plan to just Rs. 399.

Users who avail the offer will get unlimited voice calls and 3,000 SMS messages per month for 20 billing cycles, alongside support for Idea VoLTE out of the box with the OnePlus 6. Moreover, postpaid subscribers will get 10GB of bonus data every month, which means they now have a monthly data allowance of 50GB, with any leftover data being carried forward to the next billing cycle.

As for Idea prepaid customers, the company will offer an additional 1.1GB of free data with the Rs. 199 plan. The Rs. 199 plan currently offers only 1.4GB of data per day with a validity of 28 days, but thanks to the offer, prepaid subscribers will now get 2.5GB of 4G data per day, alongside unlimited voice calls and 100 daily SMS. Prepaid customers will continue to get the data benefit for 12 consecutive recharge cycles.

The OnePlus 6 will be launched in India tomorrow at an event in Mumbai, and will go on sale starting May 21 as an Amazon exclusive smartphone. Additionally, users who purchase the OnePlus 6 in the first week of its launch will be able to avail a discount of Rs. 2,000 if they buy it using an SBI debit or credit card.
