10. Dabi’s Most Favorite and Least Favorite Food

After the final war, Shoto got a chance to ask what his brother’s favorite food is. To everyone’s surprise, Dabi said that he loved soba and liked to eat it cold, which was also the way Shoto preferred to eat it. However, Dabi absolutely dislikes fish. One interesting thing to note is that his Shoto begins to take a culinary class to learn to make his own soba in the final epilogue chapter.
He was surprised when his brother liked the same food as him. When he was praying at Toya’s altar one day, Shoto realized his love for food and chose to go down this path. While the brothers couldn’t get to do it together, Dabi inspired his brother to pursue his favorite things in life.

We all remember the incident when young Toya accidentally set himself on fire after his flames got out of control. These serious degrees of burn left his body in a critical state, and also burned his lacrimal glands that produce tears. Unfortunately, that meant Dabi couldn’t cry like a normal person; instead, his glands created tears of blood.
