Valor Mortis is a first-person soulslike set in a dystopian Napoleonic Era. It is one of the most anticipated soulslike games of 2026, thanks to the major success of its Steam Next Fest demo earlier this year. Any PS5 owner who wants to try out Valor Mortis on launch should also know whether the game is available on PS Plus or not before purchasing the game. So, is Valor Mortis on PS Plus? Find out below.
Is Valor Mortis Available on PS Plus?
Yes, Valor Mortis is available on PS Plus. That means PS Plus subscribers will be able to play Valor Mortis for free at launch. Valor Mortis is priced at $39.99, which is around the same as most other AA soulslike games. PS Plus subscribers will get full access to the game at launch, without the need to pay anything additional. Check out all the PS Plus games from our guide.
Valor Mortis skipped pre-orders, preferring to release directly at launch. The developers announced the game’s price on their social media and revealed that they want players to purchase the game on day one. However, the developers did reveal all the available editions of the game. Valor Mortis will have two editions: Standard and Deluxe.
The Deluxe Edition of the game will include a future major story DLC in the package. This means that when the major DLC is released down the line, it will be free for Deluxe Edition owners. Compared to that, the Standard Edition will only have the base game.
The Deluxe Edition can be particularly good if the major story DLC is priced more than the increased Deluxe Edition price. Otherwise, it wouldn’t make sense to get the Deluxe Edition now, unless the player simply wants to support the developers.
