After the new 2018 iPhone (which will reportedly be called iPhone XS) leaked out in a press render, famed leakster Benjamin Geskin has created a render of what he imagines the new iPhone XS in gold color will look like. The new render uses the leaked image as a base, which is obvious from the wallpaper he has used in the render, but with the render, you can see more than just the edge of the phone.
The render shows off an iPhone X like device, which is exactly what we’re expecting Apple to launch on September 12, with a dual rear camera in the same old vertical orientation that we expect, along with what the color of the iPhone XS might look like — which reminds me a lot of the Mi 8 SE in that color.
As you may have noticed, the iPhone XS in the render doesn’t seem to have a notch, but that’s just some pretty neat wallpaper work from Apple with the planet arcing at just the right spot to keep the notch hidden. We’re pretty sure there will be a notch on the iPhone XS (and the other two iPhones as well), so don’t get your hopes up.
Apple has already sent out invites for the iPhone launch event which is scheduled to take place on September 12, and we are expecting to see a bunch of other hardware including an Apple Watch Series 4 (which has also been leaked, by the way), and hopefully an iPad Pro refresh.
