What Could Be the Plot of Invincible Season 3?
Invincible Season 3 can turn out to be rather interesting and filled with surprises. By the end of Invincible Season 2, we see that Mark fights Angstorm and lands in a parallel universe that has a desert landscape where he kills Angstorm. This was the first time we had ever seen Invincible take someone’s life. Since Angstorm was dead, Mark was left with no way to go back to his home. Just when Mark left all hope, an alternate and much older version of Guardians of the Globe shows up and helps him go back to his timeline. Before Mark left, Atom Eve of that timeline tells Mark that she has always loved Mark.
However, when Mark gets back to his timeline, he fails to talk about this to Eve. The focus shifts to Nolan who has been captured by the Viltrumites. Allen, who has now recovered and is much stronger gets himself captured on purpose to help Nolan escape. As the episode is about to end, Nolan realizes that he misses his wife who has previously called a pet, and season 2 ends with that line of dialogue.
In Invincible Season 3, we can expect Nolan to come back to Earth and try to make peace with his family to whom he has done and said terrible things. On the other hand, the Viltrumites have threatened Mark to surrender Earth, and he declined to do so. They did leave Earth but promised to come back and in this season since Nolan “misses his wife” he may come back to Earth just in time to assist Mark in saving the planet.
