Restore Power
Right after landing at Signal Station, head into the small building marked ’04,’ which has a power generation sitting inside. Once there, interact with the panel on the wall as seen in the image above.
Hack Server
After flipping the switch, you’ll need to enter the Guild facility and navigate to the Server Room.
