It’s thankfully easy enough to find the Blade of Mercy talisman in Elden Ring. Follow the steps below to do so:
- Spawn at the Gravesite Plain Site of Grace and head northeast. You’ll see the Scorched Ruins from a distance.
- At the Scorched Ruins, summon your horse to start parkouring. Right at the entrance, you will see a structure covered with cloth. Use your horse to go behind this structure by taking a left and then going right up some stairs.
- Once above and outside on a balcony, jump on the left roof and eliminate the two enemies. Continue up the stairs and jump on the roofs covered with clothes.
- You’ll find a tower with a chest inside. Interact with it, and you’ll get the Blade of Mercy talisman.
Head to the Scorching Ruins. It is northeast of Gravesite Plains 
Reach the scorching ruins and go behind the left building 
Take the stairs and go outside in a balcony 
Jump on this cloth-covered roof and take the stairs to come outside 
Ride up the rooftop to reach the tower where the Blade of Mercy lies. 
Enter this tower room, and open the chest to get Blade of Mercy.
