How to Dye Bundles in Minecraft

In Short
  • Players can dye bundles in Minecraft using one bundle, of course, and one color dye of their choice.
  • To dye a bundle, place the bundle in the crafting grid and add a dye in an empty cell of the grid to get a colored bundle.
  • You can dye the bundle only in 16 default colors and cannot make unique shades like you can with the leather armor.

Bundles are not useful only for storing small stacks of different items but also for organizing those items. The mechanic that will help you make the sorting and organization process easier is dying bundles in different colors. In this guide, we’ll teach you how to dye bundles in Minecraft in a simple way, along with the items you will need. So, let’s get started!

If you dye a bundle the wrong color, then don’t worry, as you can re-dye the already colored bundle any other color you want. You can also dye bundles in the crafting table too, but it’s not required.

Note that even though bundles are made of leather, you cannot dye this item in the same way you can dye leather armor and wolf armor. The bundle can only be dyed in the default 16 Minecraft colors, namely white, black, gray, light gray, brown, red, yellow, orange, green, lime, blue, light blue, cyan, purple, pink, and magenta.
