Honkai Star Rail 3.6 will introduce two new forms for the beloved Astral Express crew: March 7th and Dan Heng. March 7th’s new form is named Evernight, and she is the new 5-star Remembrance character of the Ice element. Evernight is said to be March 7th’s real identity before she lost her memories. Her appearance in Amphoreus stirs many questions, but first, we need to talk about her build and kit. Evernight’s kit and materials in Honkai Star Rail have been revealed. Here is a complete guide to Evernight’s best build, teams, and Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail.

Is Evernight Worth Pulling? Pros and Cons
Before we talk about Evernight’s build and kit, you need to know whether she is worth pulling or not. Here is a quick table with all the pros and cons of Evernight in Honkai Star Rail:
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Increases all ally Memosprite damage | Consumes HP to deal damage |
Good Ice DPS | Limited team comps on release |
Evernight is a really strong Ice DPS unit in Honkai Star Rail. She can consume HP to increase her damage. Furthermore, Evernight also acts as a support for other Remembrance units, increasing their Crit Damage based on her Crit Damage.
However, the biggest issue with Evernight is her limited team compositions. Currently, Evernight is the perfect sub-DPS for Castorice teams. She easily walks into the Castorice premium team, replacing either Tribbie or Remembrance Trailblazer. But, other than that, Evernight doesn’t have any synergy with other DPS units in the game.
Other than being a sub-DPS for Castorice teams, she can also replace Castorice to become a decent hypercarry. That’s about the limit of Evernight’s team comps on her release. But this will change as we have more Remembrance units in the game later down the line.
For now, I would only recommend pulling for Evernight if you have a fully built Castorice.

Honkai Star Rail Evernight’s Light Cones: Best and Alternatives
Name | Rarity | Value |
---|---|---|
To Evernight’s Stars | 5-Star | Best |
Make Farewells More Beautiful | 5-star | Great |
Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky | 5-star | Good |
Sweat Now, Cry Less | 4-star | Good |
The Story’s Next Page | 4-star | Good |
Memory’s Curtain Never Falls | 5-star | Good |
The Flower Remembers | 4-star | Decent |
Like Castorice, Evernight also has very limited good Light Cone options. Her best Light Cone is ‘To Evernight’s Stars’, which is her signature. Other than that, Evernight can also make sure of ‘Make Farewells More Beautiful’ and ‘Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky’, which are the signature Light Cones of Castorice and Hyacine.
Other than the 5-star Light Cones mentioned above, Evernight’s viability drops a lot. You can use the ‘Sweat Now, Cry Less’, ‘The Story’s Next Page’, and ‘The Flower Remembers’ 4-star Light Cones on her, but these give much inferior results.
For a F2P option, you can always use Memory’s Curtain Never Falls, which is the Herta Store Light Cone. In some cases, it would also be worthwhile to use an Abundance 5-star Light Cone for the extra HP over using one of her 4-star options.
Evernight’s Signature Light Cone vs E1 in Honkai Star Rail?
Evernight’s signature Light Cone is one of the best Remembrance Light Cones in the game. It massively increases the Max HP for the wearer, increases their and their memosprite’s damage, while also giving increased energy regeneration when their memosprite disappears. But that’s not all, as the Light Cone also allows every ally memosprite to ignore a percentage of enemy defense.
Compared to that, her E1 increases all memosprite’s damage based on the number of enemies on the field. The multiplier for this is pretty good, but it doesn’t come close to the benefits from her signature Light Cone.
Overall, Evernight’s signature Light cone is extremely powerful and should be prioritized over her E1.
Honkai Star Rail Evernight Relics
Name | Value |
---|---|
World-Remaking Deliverer | Best |
Hunter of Glacial Forest | Decent |
The new World-Remaking Deliverer is the undisputed best Relic for Evernight. This Relic increases Crit Rate of the wearer and Max HP for both the wearer and their memosprite. It also increases all allies’ damage, making it both a good DPS and support Relic for Remembrance units. You should not be looking at other Relics for Evernight over World-Remaking Deliverer.
However, if you do not want to farm another Relic set, then the Hunter of Glacial Forest can act as a decent alternative. But the damage and utility fall-off compared to World-Remaking Deliverer for Evernight is pretty big.
Honkai Star Rail Evernight Planar Ornaments
Name | Value |
---|---|
Bone Collection’s Serene Demesne | Best |
Arcadia of Woven Dreams | Great |
Now, when it comes to Evernight’s Planar Ornaments, the Bone Collection’s Serene Demesne is the best option. It increases the wearer’s Max HP and Crit Damage, making it perfect for increasing Evernight’s damage output.
Other than that, Arcadia of Woven Dreams is also a close alternative that you can use. It increases the wearer and their memosprite’s damage based on the number of allies more or less than four on the field. It is also good for increasing Evernight’s damage, but it is harder to trigger full passive every time as you are not guaranteed to have every allies’ memosprite summoned at the same time.
Recommended Stats for Evernight
Stat | Recommended Value | Priority |
---|---|---|
Crit Damage | 180% | High |
Crit Rate | 100% | Medium |
HP% | More than 5000 | High |
Speed | 134+ | Medium |
Honkai Star Rail Evernight’s Best Teams
Evernight-Castorice Team
DPS | Sub-DPS | Support | Sustain | Value |
---|---|---|---|---|
Castorice | Evernight | Remembrance Trailblazer | Hyacine | Best |
Evernight’s best team is in a premium Castorice team. She acts as an incredible sub-DPS for Castorice, massively increasing the damage output of this team. Castorice also benefits from Evernight’s supportive abilities and her huge HP bar. Other than that, Hyacine is the ideal choice for Sustain in this team.
Now, when it comes to the other support slot, you can choose either Remembrance Trailblazer or Tribbie. I personally prefer Remembrance Trailblazer as they are more versatile.
Evernight Hypercarry Team
DPS | Support | Support | Sustain | Value |
---|---|---|---|---|
Evernight | Remembrance Trailblazer | Tribbie | Hyacine | Good |
The next team that Evernight truly excels at is her Hypercarry team. This team is basically the old Castorice premium team, but replaces Castorice for Evernight. She can deal a fair amount of damage that can be close to the Castorice damage output, making it another viable team option for Evernight.
Evernight F2P Team
For Evernight’s F2P team, it is a version of her Hypercarry team. Pair her alongside Remembrance Trailblazer for maximum benefit, and use Pela as the other support for more Ice penetration. Finally, you can use Gallagher as the Sustain.
Honkai Star Rail Evernight Kit: Traces and Eidolons

HSR Evernight Kit Explanation
Here is a quick overview of all the important parts of Evernight’s kit in Honkai Star Rail. She is a Remembrance support and sub-DPS with her current kit. She becomes more effective with more remembrance units in her party.
- Memosprite Ability: The memosprite Evey deals damage to enemies based on Evey’s max HP and the total Memoria stack. The memoria stack is obtained when Evernight uses her Skill and Evey attacks enemies. After unlocking her A4 ability, she will obtain Memoria whenever allies use an ability. When Evey or Evernight loses HP, it increases Evey’s Crit Damage. Plus, Evernight heals by 20% of her Max HP when Evey is summoned. Additionally, Evernight can regenerate action forwards when Evey disappears. Evey consumes her HP every time she performs an action.
- Evernight Skill: Summons her Memosprite by consuming HP. Increases Crit Damage for all ally memosprites. The skill also restores HP for Evey if she is already on the field.
- Evernight Ultimate: Summons her Memosprite and deals AoE Ice damage based on Evey’s Max HP, also making Evernight enter the Dark Riddle State. In this state, all enemies receive increased damage, while additionally, the damage of Everynight and Evey also increases. Both Evey and Evernight are immune to Crowd Controll debuffs while in this state.
- Ascension boosts: Evernight increases all ally memosprite’s Crit Damage based on the number of Remembrance units on the team, after unlocking her A6 ability. She also gets additional Crit Rate with her A2 ability.
