HSR 3.8 New Character Banner
The Dahlia Banner
The Dahlia banner will feature the new 5-star character The Dahlia, alongside other 4-star characters. However, the 4-star characters have not been revealed yet. The Dahlia banner is expected to be in the first phase of Honkai Star Rail 3.8.

Honkai Star Rail 3.8 will only add The Dahlia, aka Constance, one of the members of the Everflame Family of the Annihilation Gang.
Constance “The Dahlia”
The Dahlia, aka Constance, is a 5-star character of the Nihility path and has the Fire element. When it comes to The Dahlia’s kit, she is a Break Support, particularly synergizing well with Firefly. She can allow allies to deal Super Break damage, even without breaking the toughness bar completely.
Constance is one of the daughters of Duke Ifrit Inferno and likely the second in command of the Everflame Mansion Family. She first made an appearance in the Myriad Celestial Trailer — A Night of Ever-Flame: Scene 33. She is also said to be a memokeeper.
Honkai Star Rail 3.8 Light Cones Leaked
HSR 3.8 will only feature one new Light Cone, and it is the signature Light Cone of The Dahlia. Learn about the name and effect of the new Light Cone from our table below:

Honkai Star Rail 3.8 New Boss
- Calamity Boss
According to recent leaks, a new boss will appear in Honkai Star Rail 3.8 storyline. Also, this boss can be a corrupted version of Firefly / SAM. The enemy looks similar to SAM’s suit, but we see the body corrupted with red markings. Weirdly enough, the boss is mentioned in the Swarm faction in the leaks. This can mean that the Swarm will corrupt Firefly in some way, leading to this new boss. This may also take the Trailblazer into the next phase of the story, into Edo Star.
