Step 1: Reaching the Fogged Island
First, you will need to reach to fogged island to even begin the quest. To reach the fogged island, head to the left-most point of Natlan, where the ocean begins before the fogged island. There will be a Teleport point nearby, so make sure to unlock it first. Once you reach near the ocean, you will see a bunch of Koholasaurus swimming around. Transform into the Koholasaurus and make your way to the Fogged Island.
Step 2: Transform into Iktomisaurus
Once you have reached the fogged island, you will hear two sets of dialogues, one telling you to run away and another asking you to solve the mystery and unlock the seal.
