Genshin Impact Mitya Kit: Normal Attack, Skill, Burst, and Talents

Mitya will be a Stellar Conduct electro applier, and he will obviously be one of the best partners for Odette in Genshin Impact going forward. Here is Genshin Impact Mitya’s kit, which includes his Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, Ascension Talents, and Passive Talents.

• Normal Attack

• Ascension Talent 1: Grants different enhancement effects based on the mode the Elemental Skill’s Energy Device is in:
  • Stable Mode: For each Prism Mitya has, all nearby party members gain 30 Elemental Mastery.
  • Collapse Mode: Upon triggering a Stellar-Conduct reaction, the effect changes to generating 1 Polestar Prism every 1.5s for 3s.
• Ascension Talent 2: After being collected, Polestar Prisms will persist for 10s. Additionally, collecting a Prism increases Mitya’s CRIT Rate by 5% for 15s. Max 4 stacks. Repeated triggers refresh the duration.
• Passive Talent: When party members trigger Superconduct, it will be changed to Stellar-Conduct, and 1 Polestar Prism will be generated every 1.5s for 1.5s. Party members’ Base Stellar-Conduct DMG will also be increased based on Mitya’s Elemental Mastery: Every point of Elemental Mastery he has increases the Base Stellar-Conduct DMG by 0.028%. The maximum increase that can be gained this way is 14%. Additionally, when Mitya is within a Polestar Field, he will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.
• Life Talent: In Voxelrock areas, Energy Devices in Stable Mode can enter a special Excavation Mode, rapidly clearing nearby Voxelrock. Additionally, when Mitya is in the party, crafting a Prime Ice Construct Basic Heat Source does not consume power.

Mitya Normal Attack

• Normal Attack: Performs a maximum of 3 attacks that deal Electro DMG.
• Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal AoE Electro DMG after a short casting time. If the Energy Device is in Collapse Mode and has at least 1 Polestar Prism, Mitya’s Charged Attack will be replaced by the special Charged Attack Prism Detonation, which consumes no Stamina: After dealing AoE Electro DMG once, it will continuously consume Polestar Prisms. Each Prism consumed deals 1 instance of AoE Electro DMG that is considered Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG.
• Plunging Attack: Gathers the power of Electro and plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in his path. Deals Electro DMG upon impact with the ground.

Mitya Elemental Skill

• Deals Electro DMG and generates an Energy Device in different modes, depending on whether it was tapped or held.
• While the Energy Device is in Stable Mode, if a Polestar Prism is generated beyond the maximum number Mitya can have, that Prism will be consumed to trigger Prism Surge, dealing 1 instance of AoE Electro DMG that is considered Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG.
• When the Stable Mode Energy Device disappears, all Polestar Prisms Mitya has will be consumed to trigger Prism Shatter, which deals 1 instance of AoE Electro DMG based on the number consumed, and is considered Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG.

Mitya Elemental Burst

• Using precise calculations, Mitya triggers an explosion that deals AoE Electro DMG, then generates several Polestar Prisms.

While the Energy Device is present, the active character’s CRIT DMG is increased by 50%. Additionally, Mitya regenerates 10 Elemental Energy when a Polestar Prism is consumed. This effect can be triggered once every 8s.
• C2: While the Energy Device is on the field, opponents within the field have their Cryo RES and Electro RES decreased by 25%. The following effects are also granted based on the mode the Energy Device is in:
  • Stable Mode: All party members gain 100 Elemental Mastery.
  • Collapse Mode: The active character gains 200 Elemental Mastery.
• C3: Increases Elemental Skill level by 3.
• C4: For every 5 Polestar Prisms consumed, Mitya deals 1 additional instance of Stellar-Conduct DMG equal to 400% of his Elemental Mastery to opponents near the Energy Device.
• C5: Increases Elemental Burst level by 3.
• C6: There is a 30% chance to immediately generate 1 Polestar Prism whenever Mitya consumes a Polestar Prism via the Energy Device. Additionally, Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG dealt by all party members is elevated by 20%.
