Most of Kachina’s materials are locked behind the Genshin Impact 5.0 version. You can only obtain them in the new region of Natlan, so pre-farming is not possible. However, here are the materials that you can pre-farm and their farming guide.
Prithiva Topaz Location and Farming Strategy
You can obtain Prithiva Topaz materials drops by battling weekly and field bosses. Other than that, the higher rarity Prithiva Topaz materials can be crafted using the lower rarity ones. The easiest way to farm them is to battle the following bosses:

- Ruin Serpent
- Primo Geovishap
- Golden Wolflord

Fading Candle Trounce Domain Material: Farming Strategy
You can obtain the Fading Candle as a random reward from the Knave Tounce Domain. The Knave Trounce is located near the Mont Esus East, west of New Fontaine Research Institute in Fontaine. You will need to defeat Arlecchino (The Knave) boss to obtain Fading Candle. Other than that, you can use Silken Feather and Dream Solvent or Denial and Judgement and Dream Solvent to craft Fading Candles.
