Fortnite Love and Legends Power Hour (February 28) Countdown Timer
The next Fortnite Power Hour will begin on February 28, 2026, at 3:30 PM ET. Since Power hours, as their name suggests, only last for 60 minutes, Epic usually schedules them for times when players can comfortably participate in them during weekends.
As an added bonus for this weekend, players can also witness the rerun of the recent Fortnite Rocket Landing event during this Power Hour. If you want to keep track of the time left until the next Power Hour hits Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1, we have attached a handy countdown timer for you below.

Fortnite Love and Legends Power Hour (March 1) Countdown Timer
After the Power Hour on Saturday, Epic Games will also be organising another Power Hour the following day on March 1, 2026, at 10 AM ET. The developers do these back-to-back Power Hours to give players who missed the first Power Hour a chance to participate. The gameplay changes will be the exact same with this event. However, since it takes place earlier in the morning for Western players, it usually leads to easier lobbies with fewer sweats. Here is the countdown timer for the Power Hour taking place on Sunday:

Fortnite Power Hour (February 28 & March 1) Gameplay Changes

The most important part of a Fortnite Power Hour is the gameplay changes that the developers put in to regular Battle Royale to spice up combat and give players more chances at winning. According to the official Epic Games announcement, this weekend’s Fortnite Power Hours will feature the following changes:
- Every player will start out with the MK-7 Assault Rifle.
- Every player starts off with a Self-Revive Device, allowing them a second chance after getting eliminated, even in a solo match.
- A staggering 4 random Legendary POIs, featuring an increased number of Rare Chests.
This Power Hour, especially the MK-7 Assault Rifle and the Rocket live event rerun, seems to be themed around the return of the Seven, who have been slowly rejoining the Fortnite storyline. With the Visitor and the Order already on the Island, it looks like Epic is using this weekend’s event to further build the faction’s return to the game.
