Fortnite’s Blitz Royale game has sparked a crossover fever, with tons of players excited about its spectacular collaborations. Since June, renowned IPs such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Avatar: The Last Airbender have taken over the mode, bringing exclusive skins, mythic weapons, and themed events that keep gamers glued to the fast-paced action.
Epic Games has thus made Blitz Royale’s lifespan permanent due to its tremendous popularity. Players are speculating what’s next for the mode as anticipation for a future crossover heightens. While a Ninja Blitz Boss mode has already been announced to take over the game mode until the end of Chapter 6 Season 3, another IP, Dragon Ball Z, is taking over, but only for a limited time.
Fortnite Dragon Ball Z Blitz Royale Event Start Time
The Fortnite Blitz Royale Dragon Ball Z takeover will begin on August 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET (12:30 AM IST, August 3), after the Super Showdown live event at 2:30 PM ET. This Dragon Ball Z Takeover, which concludes at 4:00 PM ET, provides an exciting 11-match timeframe in which players can wield the Kamehameha mythic weapon with limitless uses.
How to Play Fortnite Dragon Ball Z Blitz Event and All Mythic Weapons
The return of the Kamehameha, a mythic attack that generates tremendous energy blasts, is the outstanding element of this Blitz Royale takeover. It may be obtained from golden llamas or supply drops.
Other potential mythics, such as the Nimbus Cloud enabling quick movement, may emerge, inspired by previous Dragon Ball collaborations. These weapons, which are exclusive to Blitz Royale’s loot pool, are randomized but guaranteed to pack a punch, rewarding aggressive playstyles with enormous power.
The takeover will also bring two new game modes: Six Stack and Pure Chaos. Six Stack mode allows six-player squads to cause organized mayhem, whereas Pure Chaos mode increases randomization with uncertain loot. Prioritize golden llamas, play aggressively, and band together to control this short, Kamehameha-fueled frenzy.
