Do not worry; you can spend money and gamble your way to get the Hexed and Abyssal Enchant Relics in Fisch. First, find Merlin in Fisch at Sunstone Island and buy Enchant Relics for 11000 credits. Ensure you level up fast in Fisch and reach level 40 to unlock him.
Now, go back to Moosewood and locate the Appraiser. You will find the Appraiser beside the Moosewood Merchant. After you interact with them, you will see an option to appraise the fish you are holding. Ensure you have the Enchant Relic you want to appraise and spend 450 credits to Appraise.
