Is the Fallout TV Series Canon?

The makers have essentially stated that the Fallout TV series can be considered Fallout 5, as the story is canon and takes place after the four video game storylines. Now, talking about the story of Season 2, there has been no mention of the official plot till now.
What Is the Storyline of Fallout Season 2?
The first season laid the groundwork for the upcoming seasons, and you can read our expected plot for the second season:
Based on the events in season 1, we speculate that the second season will also feature the trio of The Ghoul, Lucy, and Maximus, whose expanded storylines likely converge into one another. At the end of the first season, Lucy and the Ghoul made an unlikely team to head out to find “the makers.” Thus, they will go on an adventure to New Vegas and explore the post-nuclear lands to find her makers, where Lucy’s dad moved to.
Moreover, Maximus seemed to climb up the ranks of the Brotherhood of Steel. Thus, he might take control of the Brotherhood of Steel and continue the search for his love interest, Lucy, in the next season. Moreover, we hope to meet the big heads of this world, especially Mr. Robert House, in the new location of New Vegas, which was teased in the finale.
Will There Be a Season 3 of Fallout?

Even before season 2 premieres, Executive Producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy confirmed that Fallout has already been renewed for a season 3 at Amazon Prime Video’s second annual upfront presentation.
The holidays came a little early this year. We are thrilled to be ending the world all over again for a third season of Fallout.
“On behalf of our brilliant cast and crew, our showrunners, and our partners at Bethesda, we’re grateful to our incredible collaborators at Amazon MGM Studios and to the amazing fans as we continue our adventures in the wasteland together.“
Recently, Aaron Moten, who plays Maximus in the Fallout show, talked about the future seasons of Fallout at Comic Con Liverpool. According to Gamer, the actor revealed that Amazon had initially planned for 5-6 seasons of Fallout and remains committed to that plan upon seeing the tremendous reception for the show.
When I signed on to do the series, we would have a starting point, and they gave me the end point. That end point hasn’t changed, but it is Season 5, Season 6, type of end point. We’ve always known that we’re going to take our time with the development of the characters.”
If everything goes well, then we will potentially get six seasons of the Fallout TV show in the future.
