After the original series ended in 2019, the Fairy Tail anime finally returned in 2024 with the adaptation of the sequel manga by Hiro Mashima and Atsuo Ueda. At the time of writing, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest is almost done adapting Moon Dragon God Arc with the release of Episode 25 in Season 1.
