The Security Manager’s Office Puzzle box is part of the main campaign, so you just have to enter the area and get a wristband. Take it back to Emily and unlock her door. Now bring Emily back to the puzzle box room. Fight off the enemies and Emily will open the box for you automatically.

Resident Evil 9 VIP Suite Double Helix Puzzle Solution

Finally, the Resident Evil Requiem VIP Suit Double Helix puzzle is fairly simple. Look for the interactable wine bottle in the room. Rotate it to align the label. Then open it and finally pull it apart. Place the helix inside the table to open the path to the next area.
