The Togedemaru Spotlight Hour in Pokemon GO starts on July 30, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time. If you plan to play during these times, you’ll see an influx of Togedemaru and, off the rare chance, its shiny variant. This means that if you wanted to add one of the cutest Pokemon to your roster or were aiming to capture a Togedemaru, this is the perfect time to participate.

If you’ve played previous Pokemon GO Spotlight Hours, you know what to expect from them. And unlike last week’s Diglett and Alolan Diglett, it’s only the Electric/Steel-type Togedemaru this week. Since the Pokemon has no other variants, you won’t get a double bonanza like last week.

1. Walking Yields Perfect Results

At the core of Pokemon GO is walking. They allow you to encounter Pokemon so the more you walk, the better your chances of capturing unique encounters. Similarly, if you want to capture Togedemaru efficiently, walking around your area is the best course of action here.

Since the spawn times for Togedemaru are increased you’ll have many opportunities to catch it. Hence, keep walking as much as you can.

2. Ensure You’re Loaded with Pokeballs
