Lacrimosa is an S-class character in Neverness to Everness, and her kit is very strong. She is a tomato-loving, adorable little girl, and her attacks also reflect it. Lacrimosa can turn into a bat to fly around during exploration, but her main strength is destroying enemies with her incredible damage output. So, here is our NTE Lacrimosa build guide to help you find her best Arc, team, cartridge, and stats.
Neverness to Everness (NTE) Lacrimosa Build
Lacrimosa is an S-tier DPS unit and is incredibly easy to play with her correct build. Check our NTE tier list to see how Lacrimosa fairs in the current meta. Lacrimosa builds Nightmare stacks with her basic attacks and skills, which increases her damage on enemies. She can also copy anomaly attacks with her skill, recreating them using ‘Tomato ketchup’ to deal damage. So, here is a full NTE Lacrimosa build to get the best out of her kit in the game.
Type Information Arc The Last Rose Cartridge Diabolos Anomaly Mods (Special) Tomato Devil Module Stats Crit DMG% > Crit Rate% > DMG > ATK% > Flat ATK Team Lacrimosa, Daffodill, Haniel, Sakiri
Lacrimosa is one of the straightforward characters to build in the game. All you have to do is stack Crit Rate and Crit DMG on her to squeeze the most damage out of her Ultimate and Skill. As her skill is special and lets her copy Anomaly abilities, we recommend using the Tomato Devil mod on her. We have explained her build in further detail below, so check it out to learn more. Lacrimosa Arcs (Weapons)
Lacrimosa has few good Arc options in Neverness to Everness, with her signature dominating mostly in terms of damage output. Here are the best Arcs for Lacrimosa in the game:
Priority Name Best The Last Rose Alternative Fluff of Fearlessness
Youthful Fantasy
Shiny Days
Real Music
The Last Rose is the best Arc for Lacrimosa in NTE. It gives a massive 60% Crit DMG boost to her just after using her Skill. This buff massively increases her overall damage output, while also making her much easier to build.
For alternatives, Fluff of Fearlessness is a decent S-class option, along with Youthful Fantasy. But if you want more options, then Shiny Days and Real Music are also decent alternatives.
Lacrimosa Cartridge and Stats
To maximize Lacrimosa’s damage, you need to use the proper cartridge on her with the correct stats. Here are the best cartridges on Lacrimosa in NTE:
Priority and Stat Name Best Diabolos Alternative Shadow Creed Stats Crit Rate > Crit DMG
Diabolos is the best cartridge for Lacrimosa in NTE, as it gives a massive increase to her Chaos DMG. It increases Chaos DMG by 10%, but also allows the equipped character to ignore 36% of enemy Chaos Resistance. Now, Shadow Creed can be an alternative, but I personally recommend sticking with Diabolos for Lacrimosa.
When it comes to stats, Crit Rate has higher priority than Crit DMG if you have her signature Arc. If not, then both are equally important, so pick based on your other stat requirements.
Lacrimosa Module Layout and Best Stats
Follow the proper module layout and stats to activate Lacrimosa’s cartridge. Here is a quick look at Lacrimosa’s module layout and best sub stats:
| Type | Information |
|---|---|
| Layout | |
| Bonus Module | Type III — Chaos DMG |
| Sub Stats | Crit Rate% = Crit DMG% > DMG > ATK% |
Make sure to use the module layout given above. Other than that, you can use Type III Chaos DMG bonus modules to fill the gaps. When it comes to substats, your main priority is Crit stats, followed by DMG % and then ATK%. Both Break Intensity and Cycle Intensity are also useful, but have very low priority.
NTE Lacrimosa Teams
When it comes to Lacrimosa’s teams, you will want to use characters that apply Scorch to trigger Discord. Here are the best Lacrimosa teams in NTE:
Daffodill is a clear favorite sub-DPS for Lacrimosa teams. She can deal a ton of Break damage, making her particularly useful in this team. Other than that, Baicang is also a good sub-DPS alternative, but you will have trouble rotating as both characters want on-field time to trigger their kits. When it comes to support, Haniel and Sakiri are the clear favorites.
Both of them give really good flat buffs. Hator is also a good support option, while Fadia and Adler are alternative sustains you can use instead.
So, that’s everything there is to know about NTE Lacrimosa’s build and teams. I love her character, especially the tomato theme attacks. If you have more questions about Lacrimosa, let us know in the comments below.
